Is COFFEE good or bad for health?

Coffee is a good blended source of energy. It riches in providing you a suspicious level of energy that help you to carry out highly intensive tasks. But today there is a misconception about coffee intake.  Thereare many contradiction about its intake that it cuts your small intestine, make your skin colour black, peels off your lip's skin,etc. As we know that there is a limit for everything. According to scientists, you can take a cup of coffee 4 times max in a day containing 400 mg per day. Coffee works as a best pre-workout. It gives you best intensity to workout. For a student it is a mandatory for a startup. But there is a fact that it need not to take coffee after every 30 minutes. Water is a best source in providing energy. Many students take coffee many times during study period. It is very bad for their physical and mental health. Instead of taking coffee, you can take water. So in conclusion, coffee can be taken max 400 mg a day and try to avoid taking it on huge level.
