How many days can we workout a week?

Workout days depends upon your timings. If you have enough time for workout then you should go for all seven days. But if not then go atleast five days a week for your best shape. Some people's are very busy such that they can not go for workout even 3 days a week, if you want to fit you have to workout and barely have to spent time on workout. If you have 2 days or 3 days a week, then go for it. it depends upon your intensity how much you train yourself. Also correct posture and position are needed for training. If position is wrong then your workout will be in vein.
